Can I return or exchange my order?

Each Shukr piece is made in small batches with great care. For this reason, we don’t offer returns, but we do offer exchanges.

How do I request an exchange?

We understand that sometimes things happen. While exchanges aren’t guaranteed, we do make exceptions in specific cases:

If we made a mistake
(e.g., wrong item, size, or a damaged piece):

  • We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or exchange.
  • Please email us at shukrdxb@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If you selected the wrong size or item:

  • You may email us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If your request is approved:
     – The item must be unworn and in original condition
     – Return and redelivery shipping is covered by the customer
     – The requested item must be in stock

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders across the UAE are typically delivered within 3-5 working days.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

Can I try the abaya before buying?

Since Shukr operates online and in limited pop-ups, we currently don’t offer try-ons — but we’re always happy to guide you with sizing or styling help via DM or email.

Do you ship internationally?

We’re working on it!

For now, Shukr ships across the UAE. If you're outside the UAE and interested, drop us a message — we might be able to accommodate custom requests.

How do I care for my Shukr abaya?

Each abaya is made with intention and love — and we recommend the same care.

  • Dry clean preferred for longevity
  • If washing at home: gentle hand wash or cold delicate cycle, and avoid harsh detergents or high heat

Do you offer custom sizing or tailoring?

Currently, we offer standard sizing. Each cut is thoughtfully designed to drape beautifully on various body types.

Custom tailoring is not offered at this time.
